🧾 Warranty Policy - Engines & Parts


Our Commitment At Engines & Parts, we take pride in delivering high-quality engines and automotive parts that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. Every product we supply is thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure it is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty demonstrates our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.


1. Warranty Coverage

Reconditioned Engines

All reconditioned engines are covered by a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase or installation.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Failure of internal components under normal use

  • Replacement or repair of the defective engine or component


Brand-New Engines and Major Components

Brand-new engines and major components are covered by a 12-month or 25,000 km warranty under the same conditions as above.


Engine Parts and Accessories

Engine parts (e.g., pistons, crankshafts, alternators, pumps, valves, etc.) are covered by a 3-6 month limited warranty, depending on the product category.


2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Incorrect installation or improper fitting

  • Damage due to lack of lubrication, overheating, or use of incorrect fluids

  • Failure resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, racing, or modifications

  • Natural wear-and-tear components (gaskets, seals, filters, belts, spark plugs, etc.)

  • Labor, towing, or vehicle rental costs (unless specifically stated in writing)

  • Damage resulting from continued operation after the first sign of malfunction


3. Warranty Conditions

To validate this warranty, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The engine or part must be installed by a qualified and licensed mechanic.

  2. All fluids, filters, and accessories must be replaced at the time of installation.

  3. Proper maintenance and service records must be kept during the warranty period.

  4. The customer must register the warranty within 14 days of purchase or installation.


4. Warranty Claim Procedure

If a defect occurs during the warranty period:

  1. Stop using the engine or part immediately.

  2. Contact our Warranty Department via email or phone with the following details:

    • Proof of purchase or invoice number

    • Product serial number or engine code

    • Vehicle make, model, and mileage

    • Description of the issue and supporting photos/videos

  3. Our team will assess your claim and may request inspection of the engine or component.

  4. Once verified, we will:

    • Repair or replace the defective product, or

    • Provide a credit or refund (at our discretion)

No claim will be accepted without prior authorization from Engines & Parts.


5. Limit of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective engine or part.
We are not responsible for consequential damages, loss of income, or any other indirect costs arising from product failure.


6. Warranty Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless approved in writing by Engines & Parts.


7. Legal Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this document affects those rights.
